Sheen mansion snapped up by 'Big Bang' actor Gawker reports that “Big Bang Theory” star Simon Helberg and former “Two and a Half Men” star Charlie Sheen now have more in common than CBS: Helberg just purchased Charlie’s old digs. The renovated L.A. mansion has been on the market since 2009, when Charlie and then-wife Brooke Mueller listed it for nearly $3.7 million. Real estate blog The Real Estalker reports that Helberg and wife Jocelyn Towne paid just $2.9 million for the Mediterranean-style abode last month. The 4,179 square feet, walled and gated house features four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It also boasts a pool, multiple
Fireplaces, sun porch, library and entertainment systems. (Goddesses not included - this isn’t the notorious so-called “Sober Valley Lodge.”) The mansion is located in the star-studded Los Feliz neighborhood, and shouldn’t be confused with Sheen’s recent dwellings; that’s in Sherman Oaks. And according to Radar Online, Charlie’s moving out of the Warlock Lair and into another home in the same gated community.
