Her design will be based on ideas people submit to White Point’s blog. (BEVERLEY WARE / South Shore Bureau) MOOSE HARBOUR — Beverley Crouse has been quilting for 30 years. Every time she hears thread being pulled through fabric, she’s transported back to P.E.I., when she was a young child playing under the quilting frame as ladies sewed away. "It takes me right back every time," said Crouse, 62, who has lived with her husband in Moose Harbour, just outside Liverpool, for the past two decades. Crouse knows a lot about quilts. They’re all over her house, on beds, walls and over stair railings — and she made every one. Fabrics fill cupboards, patterns cram book shelves and supplies are jammed into plastic boxes stacked high in her sewing room. She used to own a fabric store but now has an online business selling quilts over the Internet. Crouse also belongs to a local quilting guild and offered workshops at White Point Beach Resort.
